Checkpoints are unconstitutional

The supreme court is wrong to uphold DUI checkpoints, these are clearly "unconstitutional" because they violate the 4th Amendment.
Hey COPS...How is that "uphold and defend" part of your oath working for you?
Hey COPS...Can I turn around and go the other way when I see a roadblock/checkpoint up ahead (to protect my 4th amendment rights) and not be "guilty" of something?
It is difficult to not be guilty of something nowadays with the way the police conduct seems there's only two kinds of people in USSA today...
the caught (in prison/jail), and the uncaught (those not yet in prison/jail).
