People have a right to enter into any voluntary contract

If there must be a state, it's only purpose should be to protect that agreement, not to approve of or deny. I just don't see how this is even a moral/societal issue. You as an individual can have your own preferences and stances on who you might want to enter into any sort of contract/agreement with and call it whatever you want, but to think that your will/views should be set as any sort of standard to another is just intolerant.
