a contract with the state

Is not required for one to be an heir. In fact one is better off not ever contracting with the state in any way. If no one ever contracts with the state then the state has NO claims over property or jurisdiction in settling matters unless that jurisdiction is explicitly defined in the contract.

Can one trust the state or a private arbiter for settling such matters? Its all about their track record. The track record of the state is one of continuous crime so the state can never be trusted. We all should stop registering marriages and especially births with the state because that is THE contract that "grants" them ownership over our person and property. Not registering and stopping certificates of ownership held by the state will send the state into the realm of irrelevancy which is exactly where they should be. The state is no longer legitimate and we should be formalizing the recognition of their criminal status and lack of jurisdiction in all matters.
