Haha...when I saw the topic listed, I thought this was going to be a discussion about steroids, which I thought would be an interesting discussion here on DP.
With that said, I do juice (fruits and veggies, not steriods), but not as much as I blend. I make a couple shakes a day using all organic fruits and veggies. My main ingredients include: rainbow chard, kale, carrots, cucumbers, bean sprouts, ginger, sweet potatoes, avocados, beets, apples, bananas, pears, grapes, plums, etc. Not all at once, just a combination of any of those along with some vanilla flavored protein powder.
