YES!

Been juicing religiously for about a year now and it's been fantastic. Just juicing one or two cups of some truly fresh vegetable/fruit juice a day does wonders to both your physical and mental health. Just a tip for people that want to start juicing is that you have to juice and drink it fresh and on the spot because the juice loses some of it's nutrients if you let it sit for too long. Also store bought juices only have a fraction of the vitamins (you'll notice a major difference once you start making it yourself) so it's highly recommended to make it fresh.

I know it seems like I'm exaggerating a little bit but doing this juicing diet has given me a huge boost of energy (much cleaner and more healthy than you get from coffee)and has also made me a lot more clear minded than I used to be.
