You need to look up what

You need to look up what utopian means. Seriously.

As the OP well clearly stated anarchists don't believe men are good and that some men can plan a better world for other men.

That is your belief. Anarchists believe man is inherently fallible and thus unfit to rule other men.

That is realistic and practical.

The understanding that this inherent human fallibility is consanguine with the Christian belief of original sin is why many (certainly not all) Christians don't have to unlearn as much statist propaganda to understand.

Sometimes it is said that man cannot be trusted with the government of himself. Can he, then be trusted with the government of others? Or have we found angels in the form of kings to govern him? Let history answer this question.

- Thomas Jefferson

I think history has given us a very concise answer.

As a practical matter I would count it a win if we got a government that only looted about 10% of GNP, and obeyed the Constitution.

But I won't pretend statism is not the most evil religion that has ever existed, and that a system that is predicated on the violation of natural rights can somehow protect them. Statism just boils down to worship of other men and the acceptance that other men have more rights than you.

They don't.

There is no divine right.

Whether you believe your rights come from god or your humanity, you got the same allotment as every other man and woman.
