Just because an AnCap would prefer not to live under a state doesn't mean he wants to live outside of civilized society.
And no one has a "duty" to resist oppressors. The rational response is to submit when it's clear that resistance would lead to even greater oppression and the chances of throwing off the oppression are slim.
Your arguments for the necessity of a coercive state remain unconvincing. Yes, a stateless society isn't going to happen anytime soon, and yes, when engaged in the political arena and trying to convince those who support big government that there are benefits to rolling big government back, it's usually counter productive to preach anarchism.
But none of this means that a society with coercive government can't evolve into one with a noncoercive government or even a completely stateless society.
