to have seen this comment because I have rheumatoid arthritis as well. I worked in the back room and did a lot of lifting to eventually find out I had it. I could barley walk. I limp a lot and working out is painful. I actually have an extra Vertabrae. ( 6, not 5 in my back )

I tried physical therapy and that didn't work. He tried prescribing me anti inflammatory pills and that worked for a little but it came right back. Then he got me addicted to a pill called Vicodin. Trying to get off that was the worst time of my life. I slept for days, and the pain came back even worse.
