There is no one biggest flaw in the Constitution

It's intent was perfect, as perfect as human government can get, but after 200 + years we see that the centralizers exploited loop holes used to undermine it. We need to do a "lessons learned" break down of how this happened and make sure when the re-boot comes we do it even better.
