No he should have never been charged with murder he was innocent of it. but an assault with a deadly weapon conviction the prosecution could have easily got. and just cause he has a broken nose and trayvons fists were bruised doesnt make me know without a shadow of a doubt that he was going to kill him.. Thats what the law requires without a shadow of a doubt. I could prove zimmerman used a deadly weapon without a shadow of a doubt, but if he was justified or not could never be proven beyond a shadow of a doubt.. just like the prosecution couldnt prove that what zimmerman did was second degree murder without a shadow of a doubt.
