Did you mean to post this to some other comment? Your comment doesn't answer my question; it's just more unexplained "answers." Saying "it's a logical necessity" doesn't EXPLAIN WHY. It only restates the assertion that it is. WHY is it a logical necessity. "If it's not universal and unalienable it's not a right" I don't see what this has to do with anything, since I didn't conflate rights and privileges or even mention privileges nor allude to them, but I will nevertheless ask why a right must be universal. Why couldn't a right be limited?
