Not really...

When I drive on a government built and maintained road, the benefit does not inure to me personally to the exclusion of the rest of the public. They continue to likewise benefit. That is the nature of a public good. It is not exclusively consumed.

In contrast, when Adam milks the system for disability benefits (though he appears to be able-bodied, of sound-mind, and fully capable of gainful employment), he joins with his fellow DC parasites in their collective plunder of the taxpayer for personal and private enrichment. That's in no way consistent with libertarianism, minarchism, anarcho-capitalism, voluntarism or any other -ism under-girding the kind of principled, free society that Adam is striving to restore, is it?
