You have a good grasp on how things interact

but you state, "The solution to that is simple in principle, rescind all market protection".

Unfortunately, you still did not reach the core problem. That core problem, the one that drives the very problems you cite, is the fact that the banks have multiple ways they rob wealth from the people. If you stop that by allowing the business owners to keep their profit, you take away most of the incentive to cut corners or compromise principles just to make a buck. As such, you eliminate inflation and replace it with deflation which is always good for the worker and customer.

The tide is actually turning this way. Many examples can be found with many more coming, that move entire industries down this path. Unfortunately, it doesn't support mega-corporation structures or much in the financial sector so it doesn't get much news.
