For starters, it is phrased in terms of a generality, when that isn't the case. It also makes no effort to explain (or little effort) the court's reasoning. Without that, one can infer that the ruling doesn't mean that people can't sue any drug manufacturers under any circumstances - but that is what the headline implies. This is just exageration for alterna-sheep, or that is how I read it. Maybe there is a story there, but since this "journalist" made no effort to tell the story, one who thinks critically is left scratching their head and saying "well, it isn't what they said it is, but what is it?"
