Sounds like

what former GOP Chairman Michael Steel said when confronted by Jan Helfeld on the same topic (sorry, don't have a link).

It was doubletalk then and it's doubletalk now.

I'm under duress just as anyone else on here is. No one can convince me that I personally and directly consented, with full knowledge and understanding of the terms of the contract, to enter into an agreement to allow myself to be income taxed. It never happened. Had I known and had full freedom to choose otherwise, I would never have entered into such agreement. And that's the only definition of voluntary that I find valid.

I was suckered in like almost everybody else around here, and it's too late to back out without serious pain. That's called duress.

User fees? Sure. Income tax? Hellz no.
