Cold turkey is statistically the best way

to quit smoking. The first objective to quit an addiction is to get the addictive substance out of your system. Cold turkey is the best way to do that since nicotine replacement therapy only prolongs the addiction.

Good for you. Did you know that when you quit cold turkey it takes 3 days for your body to rid itself of nicotine. The mental addiction will linger long past the physical addiction. Identify the triggers of cravings as they happen so your brain can reaccustom itself to those things or activities without expecting the nicotine fix that it has become accustomed too.
