Do you think its tentacles are missing?

It seems like this isn't how the creature is supposed to function. It seems out of control to be getting so wrapped up in itself and vulnerable to be exposing its internal organs. But I guess it can't eat without getting inside out.

I'd also like to get a sense of the scale of it, perhaps some lens information about the camera. Those honeycomb-like structures, I suppose they could be cell walls if the creature's small enough.
