Given the implication in the Bible, God created time itself, and thus is not bound by it.
The best way I've seen it put is by C.S. Lewis, who referred to time as "His [God's] eternal Now."
As an aside, this post is a perfect example of what I noted in a separate thread. This post is obviously a "counter" of sorts to the thread titled "A question for atheists."
Key difference between the two? You're being mocking and condescending, whereas the OP on the other thread was not, and stated their position respectfully. Yours is a legitimate question, but it was put in such a mocking tone that nobody can take it seriously.
