Precisely.

In Miko's speech he told a story about his sister who's child was killed in a suicide bombing. So I looked her up. Her name is Nurit Peled-Elhanan and she apparently has done research and published a book about how Palestinians are systematically dehumanized in israeli textbooks. She seems to be in accord with Miko.

Of course, it doesn't hurt when you're the 'chosen' people, either.

(And I don't mean that as pertaining to the jews exclusively. It is of course a tool employed by nearly all religions, races and nation states.)
