"MRFF also recognizes the need for military personnel to at times temporarily relinquish some Constitutionally granted personal freedoms for the sake of military discipline and objectives."

the Constitution "grants" nothing, it is there to defend rights we all have, no matter what governments say, you do not give up your God given rights, by joining an Army or Militia, if they can "temporarily" take away your right to Free Speech, then they can "temporarily" take away your right to Life.

"no American has the right to question another American’s beliefs as long as they do not unwontedly intrude on the public space or the privacy or safety of another individual."

So if I violate this "right" and "question another American’s beliefs" should I be fined?, killed? how do they make this crap up?

"No member of the United States Armed Forces may be compelled in any way to witness or engage in any religious exercise." in other words if I am dying in a fox hole, and ask for "Last Rites" from a Baptist Chaplain, I am "violating the rights" of the atheist, or Catholic next to me?.
