Does this mean my patentable ideas, and all of my other communications get monitored because I communicate with folks in China on a regular basis? And of course, it means ALL of my communications are subject to "legal" search, and not just the exchanges with China.
How is that OK? There was a debate back when this was implemented under Bush and the majority of people went along with it because it didn't effect them.
So it's ok for them to violate my privacy because I do business internationally?
What happens when one of those tech heads sees an idea that I am having developed? We all have things to hide, some for legal reasons, some for other reasons. Anyone who says otherwise, or says it is OK because I speak with Chinese folks, is a fool.
