I have exactly one recipe that uses a clove of garlic or two in a kale salad (it's delicious. Even my kids happily eat it. All of the kids), but the other other way that we've been taking raw garlic medicinally would be to put slices of it in a peanut butter sandwich. My kids won't eat that.
So, anybody out here know of any good raw garlic recipes that we can eat when it's plague season? :)
