Natural Law vs Common Law

The US Constitution cites natural law yet the entire system is based on common law.

They are clearly in conflict, the reason that the constitution is referred to as "antiquated", that judges legislate from the bench, etc... The reason that no one as Ron Paul stated "reads the constitution". That is definitely a problem.

Question for you: how about a case where you cannot implement a remedy personally, where the entity perpetrating a wrong against you is far more powerful or exists at a distance you cannot reach? How do you right the wrong? How about a case of contract law? How do you seize the assets of a corporation that did not pay you for services?... a corporation that did you harm.
