I loved "the read" :)

Hey Deacon--I really enjoyed reading all that you shared...it made me smile...you are a gift.

Wow--that is so cool that at 10 yrs. of age you were asking questions about the "wheel within the wheel"....that's deep....and reveals that the Holy Spirit within you was calling you even then INTO the deeper waters of His truth....for deep calls unto deep. Praise Him!

My understanding of scripture does not come from reading it through a *literal* lens, but through the lens of the Spirit.
This thread is a perfect example of how Christians that interpret the scriptures *literally* sadly continue down paths of confusion, where even the world scratches its head and says "what???"
The book of Revelation is a perfect example of this...most within Christendom have literally interpreted this book and have come away with a *doom & gloom* outlook and they then go out and preach to the world "WOE WOE WOE". As believers in Christ we are to preach the GOOD NEWS, not the news of WOE. The book of Revelation when interpreted by the mind of the Spirit is actually a glorious book, the entire message is to the believer revealing the PROGRESSION of the Lord's life growing up WITHIN each of His people, that is why it is called The Revelation of Jesus Christ and is given to His saints to show them what will come to pass (WITHIN them) as they go on to perfection.

You are so right about the greed & selfishness of many "teachers" within the church system. It grieves me to see so many "pastors, teachers, apostles, & prophets" merchandise the teachings of Christ
for $$ by selling their books, tapes, cd's, etc. We freely receive and we are to FREELY GIVE.

As to the millionaire...he obviously has never read where the Lord says that His people will never beg for bread! Sadly, many Christians have had to ask for help b/c people within the church turn a blind eye to those with obvious problems. Serving, helping, and giving involve SACRIFICE and the cold sad
truth is that many "Christians" don't want to sacrifice their time, their money, their lives in any kind of capacity.

Thanks again for sharing...the Lord is beautiful in you.

Jesus is the saviour of the WHOLE WORLD, "As in Adam all die, so too in Christ ALL shall be made alive." (ICor.15:22) All means all. The pagan 'hell' of literal fire & eternal torment is a lie and is SPIRITUAL TERRORISM. http://www.hopebeyondhell.net
