Ron Paul would introduce a resolution to declare war, in order to keep things "Constitutional" -- and then vote against it. The same way he would make "earmarks" in spending bills -- and then vote against the bills.
Ventura evidently really wants a draft, and would not veto it if he were elected.
Big difference. Paul has principles. Ventura is a smart guy -- but unprincipled.
