gallows humor, maybe, but I actually

thought it was kinda 'hilarious' that the scumfcuk dipshiit dickhead Napoleon complexed asshole who attempted the chokehold couldn't do it right, because the guy was bigger/taller! LOL.

plus, yes, it's clear that the victim is CLEARLY peaceful; check out his hands and arm.

if anyone ever trained with a competent tactical instructor, they train you to scream "STOP _____" before shooting lawfully defending oneself, so that:

1. you'll be clearly heard by anyone/curious lookie-loos that in fact you did 'sound' like the victim,
2. can be heard on 911 call making one look like one is clearly defending oneself, and
3. so that you train yourself to not say crazy rash shiit like "die motherfcuker die!" and try to actually mount a successful self-defense case before a jury, afterwards. lol.

But, when a cop says "stop resisting! stop resisting!" when you're not moving, resisting, or mounting a resistance of any sort, the only thing that comes to my mind is: 'oh, so that's how you train a rapist.'

Kinda like a rapist or a killer to tell the victim to "stop fighting!" just before he rapes or kills his victim(s), no?

Then again, these maggots consider a wholly natural, scientifically proven, biologically autonomic human response to an attack: putting up your arms (to wit, examine any knife attack or close range GSW victim, the long court accepted human response is called an "unarmed defensive wound.") as "resisting arrest."

Mark my words: they're gonna call rape as an "involuntary consensual sex" when a state-actor does it, soon. Or, would it be "voluntary non-consensual sex"? Hey, "syntax destruction" is their de facto alchemical religion to statists, so whoTF knows what insane rationale they'll use next? LOLOLOLOL!!!!!!! .o/
