She's a delegate from D.C. and was elected in 1990 despite the last-minute revelation that Norton and her husband (both lawyers) had failed to file D.C. income tax returns between 1982 and 1989. She's also trying to make D.C. a state.
Time to enclose the 'seat of corruption' into its own little cell and give what's left over back to Maryland.
At least Cenk is reporting this stuff though someone needs to remind him that the US Constitution states in Article 4, Section 4. The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government.
