If a citizenship status

derives solely (key word, solely) from an operation of law ... to further clarify what is meant here is that if a person is only recognized as possessing citizenship via an operation of law such as naturalization ... such as laws to naturalize children born on American soil but not of American parent(s) ... then one is excluded from being considered natural born because their citizenship status derives solely from an alien condition which was naturalized by law even if the original alien condition giving rise to being naturalized automatically by the law at birth occurs prior to birth.

There is no escaping the intent and purpose of the law is to naturalize an alien condition existing prior to or at birth which is exclusive of and does not apply to a natural born condition.
