Women were purposefully placed before men, as "created equal". He seems to assert that, no matter what organs you are assigned by that creator he referred to, the final decision on how that will be lived out is up to the individual to conform to, and then convince others of sincerity by openly expecting compliance with. That's a difficult task to do, especially in military internment.
I believe it to be fact that a sound moral judgement was made when he/she released those files. To me, it's something that shouldn't be clouded by feeling or faith as to his/her moral decision on this issue.
