Roberts' Decision And Constitutional Mandates

Beck and Lee are discussing a diversionary issue. BOTH are ignorant of the Constitution.

Obamacare originated in the Senate. Within this bill is a clause that states that this bill shall not be construed as a tax. Do you know why this is?
Art I, Sec. 7: All bills for raising Revenue shall originate in the House of Representatives

This 'Obamacare' bill was immediately challenged because the 'government' does not have the power to force people to purchase anything.

When Roberts ruled that this WAS a tax, it therefore became an unlawful bill AGAIN, because IT ORIGINATED IN THE SENATE, NOT THE HOUSE.
My only question is this: WHY has this not been pointed out, and this 'law' declared null and void for THIS VERY REASON ALONE?
