I'd like to see how many "deaths by cop" in a year vs. "death by lightening". It wouldn't surprise me if cops kill more innocent people than lightening.
In the linked news story they say "Henry C. Taylor, 68, was shot and killed during a confrontation". Confrontation? Makes it sound like the guy was being belligerent. Then they say "Ragland told supervisors he gave verbal commands and fired multiple shots, killing Taylor. Ragland was not injured." Yeah,that's great, thanks for reassuring us that the lunatic killer who just murdered a man in cold blood was not injured.
