to write or re-write legislation.
Roberts clearly knows this, and it is he who should have declared it void and remanded the law back to the legislature. CONgress doesn't have the integrity required to impeach Roberts, which would be the proper recourse, because he is a repub. Whether he was blackmailed or not (it sure seems he may have been), he should be impeached.
Now we are stuck with taxation without representation. It will take someone who suffers the tax to challenge it in court, and that means taking on the IRS.
