Prisons are a whole different country compared to jail

I see racism within the races all the time. The 'Brown Paper Bag club' in D.C. I've seen it among Mexican-Americans in San Antonio really strong and a little with some Natives who have been too sucked up by the commercialism of White culture. Lighter skinned brown and black folk seem to think of darker ones as less everything. Not all of course, but it's out there and more common than people think.
