Grounds for impeachment are not limited as a practical matter.

If the House votes to indict, and the Senate convicts, the President is impeached. It could be because they don't agree with him on the best flavor of ice cream. Well maybe not ice cream flavors, but everyone is guilty of some Misdemeanor, given the huge number of laws we are subject to.

The language in the Constitution is ... Treason, Bribery, or other high Crimes and Misdemeanors.

I guaranty they could find him guilty of some Misdemeanor if they really wanted to remove him from office.
