Promiscuous, yet never Licentious! :D

Rothbard advocated neither torture nor abortion. He detested both. His respective legal arguments were academic. Libertarian concept of law always appears relatively minimal next to mainstream concept. People will always do what they do based on their own moral evaluations. Mainstream incessantly dabbles in social engineering, crime prevention, abstract prejudice, and concepts of law in which libertarians such as Rothbard hold no interest. Libertarian law is written with minimal elaboration and is maximally geared for jurisprudence through jury of peers. The most important and noble role assigned to a Judge is his/her being a check against vengeance. I digress.
