Question, is cheap natural gas a threat to the oil cartel?

Just how much natural gas are these pipe lines going to make available? I understand that the gas field in Iran is the largest in the world, Russia has the most reserves and the Israeli off shore Leviathan field could even be larger. If these pipelines all come on line, what happens to the price of oil if the world is flooded with cheap natural gas? With fracking we have vastly increased the supply in the US, with these huge gas fields producing, what happens to the petro dollar? Is natural gas tied into the dollar like oil is?
