The first amendment is

The first amendment is deficient, so free speech is abridged.

"Thinking you need to change the constitution to "get us out of this mess" is folly. Ridiculous"

"Life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness are only 30% of the natural law doctrine that history has erased. Which made the breadth of abridging possible as we descend into disagreement upon vital human attributes.

Consider this if there is doubt:
Why are "Life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness" NOT mentioned in the constitution and only appear in the DOI?

Free speech exists as the nations prime principal because information needed to survive must be shared and understood for people to survive. WHY is this not plainly stated in some fashion?

Can we stop doing all the things we are doing that we do not want to do while still doing what we need to do?
