In reply to comment: Didn't MINOR v. HAPPERSETT (see in situ)

Your assumption is wrong.

"Perkins v. Elg also clearly gave natural-born citizenship to a native-born lady who only had an American father. Under such a ruling, Obama would qualify as he was born in the US to an American mother."

The citizenship of a father carries weight not to be compared to the citizenship of a mother.

Lineage always goes through the father, not the mother. Fathers produce bloodlines, not mothers. Fathers determine citizenship, not mothers.

Women change their last names to that of the husband, not the other way around.

The blood comes from the father - always. Ever see blood in an unfertilized egg? No, but you'll always find blood in a fertilized egg!

Segway - Jesus was born of a Virgin - proof He was the Son of God.

'Nuff said.

Freedom is the ability to do what you want to do.
Liberty is the ability to do what you ought to do.
