i've pretty much switched over

to dr. joel fuhrman. he makes more sense to me, and i feel much better following his suggestions. i do eat a piece of wild salmon once a week, but my diet is plant based, lots of veggies, salads, some fruit and small portions of good starch like sweet potatoes, quinoa. as for sugar,
a vegan chocolate chip cookie or two or a piece of vegan pound cake occasionally.
2 cups of java in the morning that i will never give up!
