Nope. A good one, but I don't think the best

I would say the MIC companies and the Prison industrial complex are both more fascistic, especially given that their sole customers and only generation of demand is from the state.

And the relationship with Financial industrial complex (Goldman, the Fed, et al) is probably way more destructive, expensive and freedom-crushing.

Then maybe the healthcare system (after ACA it may rise the ranks) and the university system.

Big oil. Energy in general.

Then big pharma.

Then maybe Monsanto.

This is in terms of level of corporatism in my subjective and merely asserted opinion. Maybe Monsanto is the 'best' in terms of explaining the concept.
