Everyone ought to read Ted Cruz's biography and THINK

Until maybe an hour ago I knew really nothing about Ted Cruz - except that he is currently a senator from Texas and had backed up Rand Paul in Rand's great filibuster.

I don't believe ANYONE should be trusted from the get go. Trust should be EARNED. It is earned by history, ideally in unguarded moments and private choices when you think nobody is watching.

Ted Cruz jumped on the Tea Party express. Maybe +1 point unless he was one of the first people in the nation to sign up, in which case a good case could be made that he was expressing his honest preferences and not opportunism. He backed up Rand Paul so I give him +1 (although keep in mind what The Godfather said about "Friends should be kept close. Enemies should be kept closer.").

Ted Cruz's "dream" going into college was to become a master of GAMING THE LEGAL SYSTEM (that IS the real definition of a lawyer; THAT is what they really do 24/7).

-10 points.

Ted Cruz has spent his ENTIRE LIFE SUCKING AT THE TEAT OF STATE.

Go ahead, read his biography.

"In politics, nothing happens by accident. If it happens, you can bet it was planned that way." - Franklin D. Roosevelt

We'd have to be dumber than a doorknob to fall for this guy. I will give him +1 point for every MAJOR and unpopular (as in Texas unpopular) vote he casts in the Senate. But dollars to donuts we are looking at another weasel who dreamed and schemed his whole life to suck at the teat of State.

Bill of Rights /Amendment X: "The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people."

Do you need a politician or judge to "interpret" those 28
