I did look it up

I found that there was no relevant section of the CFR pertaining to the redemption of federal reserve notes in lawful money, only the USC mentions the issue. Here is a link to my search http://www.law.cornell.edu/search/lii/%22lawful%20money%22%2.... I gave you the benefit of the doubt that there was a section of the CFR that you had seen pertaining to the redemption of Federal Reserve Notes in lawful money, but it appears that there isn't any. If I am wrong please link everyone to the relevant sections of the CFR pertaining to the redemption of Federal Reserve Notes in lawful money.

I am really not trying to be nasty, I apologize if I was. If there is material that I am ignorant of please illuminate me I have been more than happy to provide sources for the information I based my conclusions on for all to see and verify for themselves.

You are right what is important is what is actually written which is why I copied and pasted what the notes on the statute actually state to demonstrate the falsity of your claims. I don't base my conclusions on hearsay and conjecture, if you are claiming this statute "wasn't on the books" before 33/34 and was "suspended" by Congress in 1964 the burden of proof is on you to cite the evidence supporting this claim.
