While this action is "good", I'm very disappointed in him that he didn't TELL the American people what was really going on - in detail - when he found out. I understand that these "briefings" are under non-disclosure, but as a US Senator (who claims to want to protect our Constitutionally documented rights), he has IMMUNITY against prosecution from statements made on the record on the floor of the US Senate.
BTW, even if this passes, I don't expect it to be enforceable or adhered to by these criminals.
