You're not describing an anarchist position if you believe in common spaces. You have to have a state to create common spaces (if those spaces have any market value, that is). Otherwise, the spaces will be claimed and protected by private parties.
You need to brush up on your theory.
If there's market demand for a place where people can hold meetings or concerts or whatever, entrepreneurs will provide exactly what is sought. The price mechanism will assure that the venue is affordable for the very people who want it.
