Whatever they are, I don't care about the facts of climate change, even if they are caused by human activity. If the climate changes I will adapt, as will every person living on earth. We are human, that's what we do.
What I object to is the second part of the climate debate:
Part 1) The earth is getting warmer! Oh, no, it's getting colder! Oh, whatever the climate is CHANGING and people are causing it!
Part 2) Because the climate is changing, global control over human activities must be established and given the power to force compliance.
Like I said; Part 1 is simply the next chapter in a history that has seen dramatic changes. Part 2 is a tactic in the ongoing effort to reduce or eliminate local or national governance and centralize and empower global control.
If the problem is man made changes to the environment in which we live, the collapse of local and national governance and the rise of a strong global state would be the most profound and harmful man made change in history.
I can't do anything about climate change but I can and do oppose globalization.
