They charge us for visiting something that belongs to everyone

A couple years ago I had to drive through a national park. It was a business trip. The customer was on the other side of the NP.

I showed them my drivers license to prove that I'm from a small town on the other side of the NP, my invoice to the customer who's on the other side. I showed them the truckload of equipment in the back of my truck.. and they couldn't care less..."pay the $25 fee" so you can drive the 10 miles through the park, or else.

Its damn ridiculous.
