Notice how the supporters are quick to declare

"Its the law of the land", passed by the house, confirmed by the senate, signed by the president and found constitutional by the Supreme court.

OK, now what right does the president have to modify the law, give out exclusions and allow delays for certain groups?

I guess it's the "law of the land", but only applies to those who the king says it applies to. I thought we settled this a couple hundred years ago?
