That's a fact Sam

Aristotle was the first to speak of it in the 6th century BC. By the time the Hellenistic age came around it was regarded as fact. Then religion decided it just could not be true and set the world backwards for many years. Yes, I think he was a history reading man and read theories that were considered heresy by the church at the time.
