My decision for my own safety will be the primary decision

which will mean, in most cases, I ride on the sidewalk. If I come to any areas that might have pedestrian traffic extra cautioned will used and even walking the bike if necessary for maximum safety.

If a bureaucrat enters my life to extort me or breach my peace in any way without valid cause by the consent of the governed then I will seek to arrest the man harming me and seek thorough justice against him. I will not tolerate the fraudulent application of code to the people anymore.

That's where I am at. I will not tolerate bureaucrats committing crime against me anymore, period. I will be respectful of others but code or your opinion will make no effect on my decision for my safety and the safety of others. People can lawfully do anything they want if they do not harm another in any way. That is freedom and that is the law.

The most powerful Law of Nature is Time. It is finite and we all will run out of it. Use this Law to your advantage, for it offers you infinite possibilities...
