Not meaning, purpose- related to meaning

THX for your post John. YES, one American can state the ultimate meaning of life. Love, because it protects life.

The purpose of free speech is to assure people have information needed for survival.

Your post expresses a reticence, but you have the kind of social courage that can defend the constitution with natural law philosophy, or constitutional intent.

Notice how many Americans have died needlessly since 2000 when we suffered an immensely unconstitutional election. Before and during that, many Americans were attempting to use their right(?) to free speech but could not be heard.

We are deeply endangered by the abridging of free speech. We will not be able to defend the constitution without it.

Now that context for the question is developed further, do you care to try and define the two remaining purposes of free speech?

Can we stop doing all the things we are doing that we do not want to do while still doing what we need to do?
